    Just a quick note to tell you how impressed I am by your first steps in tatting design. You have cut straight to what I consider the 'gold standard': lace that is much more than the sum of its parts (rings and chains). In honor of International Tatting Day, I sampled your braid. It is simply one of the loveliest edging/insertions ever: simple, intuitive in flow, and very graceful of line.

    I am both filled with admiration and, not a little, jealous that you have such facility with the medium after such a short time. Well done!

    1. Thank you for your kind words, Suzanne! Maybe this sounds curious but tatting made me a bit more brave. It encourages me to try and test and make mistakes and not to be afraid of them :)

  3. Thank you for making these patterns available! I came here from 25 motifs looking for your earring patterns. Sadly, when I tried to click on the link for the Royal Flower, I got an error message on the page saying "You don't have permission to access this document." Do you know why?

  7. Hi Mariyas. I have tried downloading your patterns from three different browsers, but not of them can open them for me. I would like the fan, pansy, hibiscus and the clover. Any chance you could send them to me..? Please!
